7 Levels of Human Existence

The 7 levels of man

The Archemah structurecopyright 2007 by Ute Mahr

Developed in the course of my 25 years of therapeutic research the Archemah structure understands the human being as a being who reacts and "functions" on 7 different levels in different ways.
For this reason there are so many different therapeutic approaches, some of which seem to contradict each other, but in truth simply treat different levels of the human being.
7. Mind / Consciousness: the highly flexible perceptual ability that can be trained and enables us to deal with different content and understand one another. (Mindfulness training, philosophy, cognitive therapy, meditation)
6. Soul: an energy that exists beyond time and space and plans this existence with a certain structure (archetypes) and certain ideas. (Soul archetypes, MANA work, shamanism, Jungian analysis, regression therapy),
5. Energy body: includes all energetic aspects of the human being that are related to the body but are non-material. (Acupuncture, acupressure, meridian therapy, QiGong, do-in, energy work, quantum healing, reincarnation therapy)
4. Psyche: the individual “processing organ” that conveys the impulses of the soul to the body, processes the fear in dealing with the threatening sides of earthly life and can learn coping skills for the implementation of the soul impulses. (all forms of psychotherapy, fear management and relaxation as well as internal psychic system work)
3. Body system: the body also functions in system contexts that must be taken into account in order to find a real cure (e.g. connection of reflex zones, intestinal and nasal mucous membranes, spine and organ functions), which are often neglected in today's highly specialized medicine even though they are taught in medical school. (Body therapies, yoga, applied kinesiology, pollutant effects, etc.)
2. Couple dynamics: the dyadic principle in which we strive for complementation and togetherness with a sexual partner and are fundamentally shaped by the polarities of yin and yang, which are rooted on this level in the physical sex and are often in tension with the impulses of the soul that are independent of physical gender. (Couples therapy, yin / yang work)
1. System effect: on earth life functions in systems (biosystems, social systems, family systems, etc.) that have their own mechanisms of action. At every place in a system do certain forces act on the individual, which act independently of the individual on everyone who steps into that place. Healing always also means looking at this systemic effect and changing it so that the individual can live healthy. (systemic family therapy, constellation work)
