Philosophy

Philosophy

structured in 4 cornerstones

1. Integrative, cross-method psychology and psychotherapy

i.e. the integration of well-founded, psychological specialist knowledge (university studies), from many different psychotherapy training courses, from experience of clinical-psychiatric work, further training, supervision and ongoing self-awareness, whereby the selection of the respective counseling or therapy method depends on current needs and addresses problems of the respective client. This leads to an optimal fine-tuning between your needs and my offer, which means that we can get to your individual HEALING POINT faster in our joint work.
I experience myself as a "bridge person" with a strong need to combine seemingly opposites such as psychotherapy and business, science and esotericism, humanity and self-fulfillment.

2. Body orientation

i.e the counseling or psychotherapy process is based on sensing the physical resonance.
The best way to imagine what this means is to compare your own body with the body of a guitar: when I strike a string, a resonance arises inside. We react in a very similar way physically to every experience, every feeling, every thought. Feeling this resonance enables a precise adjustment of the therapy process to the current needs, problems and abilities of the client and helps all those who have lost confidence in their own feelings and thoughts to find security and satisfaction in themselves again.

3. Clarity of the framework

I would like to offer my clients loving respect, clarity, precision and reliability. For this I work on myself and my therapeutic skills. And I also expect from my clients respect for my time and reliability in dealing with the meetings and fees agreed with me: I have clear cancellation rules and fee claims, which I give my clients in writing and compliance with which is important to me, because as a freelancer they give me the security of not getting into financial difficulties when working with people who often fail to meet deadlines due to their personal difficulties, illnesses, crises etc. This, too, is an essential part of the therapeutic work: there are limits which we agree to adhere to and which both parties rely on. - Otherwise, outpatient therapy or advice is not possible with me.

4. Intensive self-awareness and ongoing supervision of the therapist

In order to disturb the counseling or therapy process as little as possible with my own personality, the self-awareness and constant control of my work is important to me. I understand - not least from my own experience as a client - how different people are and how quickly one can no longer do justice to the individuality of a client with clinical methods and concepts alone.

and a Treatment concept based on 3 basic factors,

i.e. processed in therapy:

1. the causal factors

i.e. working up and solving the unconscious causes of a problem from the past by means of psychotherapy based on depth psychology, hypnotherapy, trauma therapy and systemic therapy. In addition, archetype therapy to clarify deep soul concerns, regression therapy and spiritual accompaniment to cope with the sensory question are also available.
2. the triggering factors

i.e. solving the problematic issues in the past and present by developing coping skills through gestalt therapy, behavior therapy, communication training, inner child work, but also couple and possibly sex therapy.

3. and the sustaining factors

i.e. development of coping skills to reduce stress in everyday life in partnership, family and work through the inclusion of relaxation processes, body therapy, energy work and mindfulness training. And above all, strengthening the self and self-regulation with the help of body-oriented psychotherapy.
